BuddySlack — WordPress Plugins

This bare-bones plugin takes action generated by BuddyPress members spotlight member and or groups categories and posted them to Slack team. You can choose to have this stream of posts go to special channel not public group or even user on Slack team. In order for this plugin to work you MUST login into Slack settings and set up incoming webhook integration in Slack team. Note that this is the default channel and the plugin can override this to post to this channel group or user.. Grab the provided webhook URL and use that in the plugin settings... Extract and upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory. Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress admin board. If you wish to afford to have features added to plugin please reach out to David Bisset davidbisset. com. After that allowing the user to individualize the message sent to Slack seems to be valid feature to add..... Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....  Read more
