Genesis Simple Hooks — WordPress Plugins

This plugin creates Genesis settings page that allows you to yank code HTML Shortcodes and PHP and attach it to any of the action hooks throughout Genesis Theme Framework from StudioPress.. Instead of the also boring and compatible process of creating part in theme issues this plugin gives you not hard to use interface for modifying Genesis theme via the hook system. The plugin accepts HTML Shortcodes and PHP and gives you access to all 50+ hooks built from Genesis and few built-in WordPress hooks as well.. Note You will have Execute PHP on this hook application selected in order to use template tags.. Upload the whole genesis-simple-hooks folder to the wp-content plugins directory. Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress. Insert the code you'd name to execute on that hook. Instead of creating your own hooks in functions. php you find the appropriate hook that is nicely listed out for you and add your part code. Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS.... Switched over to Genesis 1.8 admin menu books to build admin menu...  Read more
