Google Search Console Begins Sending Mobile-First Indexing Enabled Notifications

You may also see that snippets in Google Search results are now generated from the mobile version of your content.. It is funny because just an hour ago I reported that Google would begin expanding this rollout of the mobile first indexing but I have yet to see anyone claim they got a notification.. This means that you may see more traffic in your logs from Googlebot Smartphone. . Google is now starting to send out notifications about sites switching to the mobile-first indexing process. After I wrote it two people I know said they just got a notification within the hour..
