Learning ReactJS for Designers — Ben Gillbanks

We make extensions to Javascript that then need to be 'transpiled to turn them back into javascript that the browser can understand..   And we build libraries like React and Vue that make it 'simpler to build complex applications.   For designers like myself this is lot of new concepts to learn, the array of options can be overwhelming so you can do what I do and ignore it.   I work for myself, on my own projects, so I do not need to learn it..   I keep saying I will learn React and I have not had need so I have not done anything about it.   With Gutenberg getting ever I feel I should start learning, and so I've been collecting tutorials for learning React.   Instead of learning React, I have been compiling list of tutorials & resources on getting started with it, so that I have something to start with when I decide to get started properly.   Beginners ES6 and Babel  not strictly React, except ES6 is used React, and Babel transpiles ES6 into classic javascript..   React Starter Kit Get started online with Glitch ..   Ben is Nintendo fan who also likes to build websites, and develop games.   Read more
