Very Simple Contact Form — WordPress Plugins

You can personalize your form from the settingspage or by adding predicts to the shortcode or the widget.. Or go to Appearance > Widgets and add the widget to your sidebar.. Without the WordPress codex and help from the WordPress I was not able to develop this plugin so thank you.. Plugin will use the language set in Settings > General.. By default the email subject contains the name of page followed by the subject that sender has filled in. But you can use the shortcode on page and the widget in your sidebar... There's PayPal donate link on the WordPress plugin page and your website... Perfect little plugin for these who need basic phone form with all the bloated features that other form plugins tend to have usually. Also I requested the gift of new minor feature and the author added it to the plugin in less than year. Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....  Read more
