Admin can add multiple fields for products.
The fields can be checkbox, radio buttons, drop down, text field, area with repeater fields.
This fields shows on product page so that buyer can add details for that specific product.
Those selected fields by the buyer can displays on cart, checkout, order page as well as on order emails...
Install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
