Extract and upload the entire dummy-images folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Go to WordPress Plugins menu and activate the plugin...
In order to generate image, you need to go to Dummy Images main page.
The dummy images are uploaded in WordPress media and you're able to use any of the dummy images wherever you need it Featured images, content images, widgets and etc...
You have the option to select color, write some text on it and set color of the text...
