This plugin uses the api of fixer io to retrieve and convert currency..
So, you have to register at https fixer io order to get the plugin to work..

Upload the plugin zip file to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Go to Estry Currency Converter settings WordPress Admin.
Enter CSS class of the element which contains the price.
Select the type of connection to fixer io.
Choose the secondary currencies to which you want to convert.
