Create new project in Google Developer's console by clicking here and selecting Create new project 2.
Note API key will be exposed to generate the map.
API key will be used, and displayed, in both WordPress and the front end of the site...
Because Google Map embed require API key you'll need to provide API key in plugin settings as well.
Install and activate Gutenberg plugin if you are on WordPress version <= 5.0.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Visit the plugin settings from Tools > Google Map and enter save your Google Map embed API key.
