If the H tags in the article are three or more, the table of contents is inserted..
Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress..
I want to display the table of contents in the posted article. uncheck the pages item on the setting screen..
It's in the hierarchy under the setting of the menu on the left of the dashboard...

Please add it to CSS of the page or posted article...
