By default wordpress will use version of your site icon as favicon.
This is not ideal as you may want different icons or different transparency for your favicon.
Upload the entire lh-favicon folder to the plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
Navigate to Settings->Favicon and select and save custom favicon...
