This plugin was written for authors, but may be useful for others that link to stores such as Amazon, Apple, and Kobo..
It will rewrite links to Amazon and Apple, so that the user is directed to their Amazon Apple site..
In addition, some tidying up of links is performed to remove extraneous junk..

Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Use Settings->Local Links screen to select which vendor links should be localised...
