Already pre-template, realtime report etc..   Video How to use the Ticket for customers.   Already define template response email, template tickets.   Can predefine mail template which use to send to customers..   Current notes Private note save processing ticket, what need to do, or etc...   Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..   Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.   Go to Submit Ticket System to configure the plugin...   This is simple system, so just 4 objects admin, supporter, leaders and customers...   Interested in development.., check out SVN repository, or subscribe to the development log by RSS...   Read more
