Install Tiny Bar as WordPress plugin.
In your Admin, go to Plugins > Add New.
Download the version of Tiny Bar.
Select downloaded tiny-bar zip and click on.
After installation you will see Tiny Bar in admin section.
Fill the necessary options and your display bar will be ready...
