You can also include number of characters from the original filename, and or add prefix and suffix to filenames...
Upload image to the library and the plugin will have changed the filename to random string..

However if you publish page, then attacker would need access to that page to find out URL of the images used on it..
The point is that it would be impossible for someone to guess URLs to your images.
However if URL is provided to them by some other means, then they could still access the image once they know URL..
However, as with any probability, there is small chance that attacker could guess URL of one of your images, but the chances are so tiny as to be negligible.
What this plugin does is make it statistically impossible for someone to guess URL of image.
