Once you have the plugin's zip file, go to the Plugins » Add New page in your WordPress admin area and click on 'Upload Plugin on the top... Next, click on the choose file button to select the zip file you created earlier and then click on 'Install Now button.. You can do this by going to 'Plugins page inside your WordPress admin area and then click on 'Activate link below your site-specific plugin...
