Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins wp-admin-cache directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
Now the dashboards of my websites are faster.
Note to developer came back following day after install activation to say plugin to not clean up after itself on uninstall.
Hope future update will allow plugin to clean up after itself.
