wp engine review: secure, fast, not for everyone

In the past few months, we have heard lot of good and interesting things about WP Engine.   Even Business Plan, entitles you to 25 WordPress installs, 400k visits, unlimited transfer, and 30GB storage.   I have to warn you that you going to be in for few surprises.   You can add domains, CDN, backup your website, handle Git pushes, access phpMyAdmin, and go through your error logs when you click on the Install link.   For instance, you do not have to struggle to add new redirect rule or access your backup files from couple of days back.   You may not get as much control over your WP Engine server as you do with dedicated hosting account offered by, let's say, KnowHost.   But WP Engine offers firewall and malware scanning to make sure you do not mess things up with your silly scripts and bad practices..   I have to say, ing what counts as new visit.   Professional and more advanced plans CDN, WP Engine Party SSL, and telephone support.   owner with tons of other things to worry about does not have time to play around with fancy scripts and try different Nginx tricks..   Read more
